This Privacy Policy explains how Topple Town (the “App”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use the App.

If you contact us for support, we may receive the information you send (for example: your email address, message content, screenshots, and any device/app details you include).
B. Information collected automatically (app + device)
The App and/or third-party SDKs used in the App may automatically collect:

Device information (device model, OS version, language)

Approximate location inferred from IP address (coarse; not precise GPS)

App information (app version, install/source, session timestamps)

Advertising identifiers (such as Android Advertising ID / AAID, and similar identifiers)

Diagnostics (crash logs, error logs, performance metrics)

Engagement/analytics events (e.g., sessions, gameplay progress, ad impressions, rewarded events)
3) How we use information
We use information to:

Operate and improve the App (debugging, stability, balancing, performance)

Provide customer support

Enable advertising (if the App includes ads) and measure ad performance

Prevent fraud, abuse, and security issues

Comply with legal obligations
4) Sharing of information

Service providers / SDK partners that help us run the App (analytics, crash reporting, advertising/mediation, attribution)

Topple Town may use third-party SDKs such as:

Ads mediation and ad networks (e.g., ironSource/Supersonic and partners)

Attribution/analytics providers (e.g., Meta/Facebook, if enabled)

Analytics / crash reporting tools (depending on the build)
These third parties may process information under their own privacy policies.
6) Your choices and controls
You may have options to control data collection:

Reset or limit your Advertising ID in your device settings

Uninstall the App to stop further collection from that device

Where required, consent choices may be provided for personalized advertising
7) Data retention

We retain support communications as long as needed to address your request and keep reasonable records.

Data collected by third-party SDK providers is retained according to those providers’ policies unless deleted/anonymized through a request (see below).
8) Data Deletion Request
You can request deletion of personal data associated with your use of the App.
How to request deletion:
Email bartek@trailheadgames.com with the subject line: “Topple Town Data Deletion Request” and include:

Your device platform (Android/iOS)

Your approximate install date (if known)

Your Advertising ID (AAID/IDFA) if you can access it, or any other identifier/details that help us locate your data (for example: support email used, approximate last played date)
What we do:

We will delete or anonymize data we control that we can reasonably identify.

If some data is processed by third-party SDK providers (ads/analytics), we will take reasonable steps to request deletion/anonymization where applicable, and/or provide guidance on any provider-specific steps if needed.
9) Children’s privacy
Topple Town is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us at bartek@trailheadgames.com and we will take steps to delete it.
10) International users
If you use the App outside Canada, your information may be processed in other countries where we or our service providers operate.
11) Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version at this URL and update the “Effective date.”
